how amusing that this hotel claims to provide excellent service. the air conditioning was pathetic and would barely work, and just a heads up, the parking situation is a disaster. I also expected complimentary beverages in my room but got nothing. it's like they believe everyone should just suffer without basic amenities. so underwhelming, i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Poor air conditioning performance!!! Noise disturbances from the street!!! Unpleasant room odors!!! Cleaning and maintenance issues!!! Shower curtains were useless and the bathroom soaked after each shower!!!

Rooms offer stunning views of the fortress, but breakfast quality left much to be desired.
